Taxi Cancellation Policy

At Master Car India, we aim to provide you with a convenient and reliable taxi service for all your travel needs. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve created this Taxi Cancellation Policy to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please review the policy below to understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that sometimes travel plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or modify your taxi booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following guidelines apply:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your taxi booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time, your booking will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued. In the event of a no-show, please contact us immediately if you still require transportation.

2. How to Cancel a Taxi Booking

To cancel your booking, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your taxi booking within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs after the allowed window, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be given.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

4. Taxi Cancellations by Master Car India

In the rare event that we need to cancel your taxi service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, or other emergencies), we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible via phone or email.
  • Offer you the option of rescheduling your booking or providing a full refund.
  • Ensure you are not charged for any cancellation initiated by us.

5. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make changes to your taxi booking (such as adjusting the pickup time or changing the route), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and could incur additional charges based on your request.

6. Special Conditions for Group Bookings

For group bookings or special events, our cancellation policy may differ. If you’ve made a group reservation, please contact us directly for specific terms and conditions related to your booking.
