4. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler and can help cover some of the costs if you need to cancel or modify your trip due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your booked tour, transfer, or activity may result in the forfeiture of the amount paid. Please contact us if you are unable to make your reservation or need to reschedule. We will try to assist you based on the circumstances.
